BORN LICENSING BRINGS CHARACTER LICENSING WORKSHOP TO GERMANY

Born Licensing is the only talent agency in the world to represent fictional characters from film, TV, and gaming for the sole purpose of advertising. Their roster of A-list fictional talent includes the likes of Rocky, The Godfather, The Smurfs, The Cookie Monster, Power Rangers, He-Man, Shrek, Transformers, and thousands more…

Hot off the heels of their US Roadshow, Born Licensing continues its European Roadshow in Germany.  Commencing in Berlin & Hamburg, cities will be chosen based on demand - for any cities we aren’t able to make it to, we will be providing virtual workshops.

Born Licensing will take their Character Licensing Workshop to Germany in July 2023.

Our licensing workshop aims to help agencies navigate the complex and challenging process of character and creative development, rights negotiation and the approval process needed to bring your creative vision to life.

The free 60-minute workshops will be hosted in person by our Director of Creative Licensing Loranc Sparsi.

Our licensing workshops have been extremely popular in the US, so we’re super excited to bring the workshop to Germany. Germany is an important market for us, and one where we think famous characters are really being underutilised in advertising. We know that there is a huge appetite for incorporating famous characters and IP into creative, but it’s also clear that many agencies believe the process to be too complex and time-consuming. Our workshops have been developed to give advertising professionals the understanding and the tools needed when working with characters and IP.”David Born, CEO of Born Licensing.

Born Licensing has managed the licensing of characters and IP in campaigns around the world for major brands such as Uber, Google, KFC, Cadbury, Danone, Facebook, Instagram, and Samsung.
