LICENSING EXPO 2024 AND LICENSING INTERNATIONAL EXCELLENCE AWARDS

THE BORN LICENSING TEAM ATTENDED LICENSING EXPO 2024

The Born Licensing team attended the 2024 Licensing Expo taking place in Las Vegas, a great annual reminder of how innovative, resilient and incredibly talented the licensing industry is. We met up with over 50 Licensors, including Disney, Hasbro, Mattel, Warner Bros., Paramount, Universal, Penguin Ventures, ZAG, The Smurfs, LEGO, Cloudco, SEGA, Netflix, Roald Dahl, Atari, Tetris, Sesame Workshop, Angry Birds, Peanuts, King Features, Roald Dahl... and many more!

We discussed some of the hottest properties in the entertainment world (such as Hello Kitty, Barbie, Bridgerton and Yellowstone) and attended 4 major showcases (Disney, Paramount, Netflix and Universal), which gave us valuable insights in the Licensors' strategies for the rest of 2024 and 2025.

Born Licensing won at the 2024 Licensing International Excellence Awards for ‘Golf’s Happy Place

The campaign for PGA Tour Superstore, who licensed iconic Chubbs from "Happy Gilmore", won for 'Best Advertising Campaign Featuring a Licensed Brand' at the 2024 Licensing International Excellence Awards (our 4th win!). Huge congrats to the teams at PGA Tour Superstores, Tombras and Universal for bringing this to life, and to all the others involved.

Celebrating 10th anniversary of Born Licensing

We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate 10 years of Born Licensing other than spending a week with our favourite characters!

It was great sharing our passion for entertainment properties with the rest of the licensing industry, and we left the Expo feeling inspired and positive for the rest of the year ahead. Thanks again to everyone who took the time to meet with us during the Show - see you next year.
